Terms of purchase
What you are buying
One key code for a Maxwell Method DISC assessment supplied by PeopleKeys, the report PeopleKeys produces when you complete it, and one private 30-minute review call with Jay Olivo. The price shown at checkout is the full price. Nothing is added to it at checkout.
Who we are, and who we are not
Appointment With Greatness is the trading name of Jay Olivo, a sole proprietor. It is an independent business. We are not PeopleKeys and not Maxwell Leadership. We buy assessments from PeopleKeys and add the review call. Using your key code on the PeopleKeys website means accepting PeopleKeys' own terms for the assessment and report.
Delivery
Your key code is shown on your confirmation page and emailed to the address you give at checkout as soon as your payment is confirmed. If a code can't be assigned automatically, we tell you on the confirmation page and send it by hand. Your booking link arrives in the same email.
The review call
- One call of up to 30 minutes, by phone or video, booked through our scheduling link.
- Please complete the assessment before the call.
- Need a different time? Email us at support@appointmentwithgreatness.com at least 24 hours before your call and we will find a new one.
- A call that is missed without 24 hours' notice counts as used. It is not refunded.
- Your call can be booked and held any time within 12 months of your purchase.
What DISC is, and what it is not
DISC describes behavioral tendencies. It is not a medical, psychological, or clinical diagnosis, and it does not predict job performance or guarantee any outcome. The review call is coaching conversation, not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Any decisions you make based on your report or our conversation are yours.
Refunds
All sales are final except where we fail to deliver. See our refund policy, which is part of these terms.
Your responsibilities
- Give an email address you can receive mail at. We can't deliver a code to a wrong address.
- Keep your key code private. It is for one person and one assessment.
- You must be an adult (18 or older) to buy.
Intellectual property
The assessment, the report and the Maxwell and PeopleKeys names belong to their owners. The text and design of this website belong to Appointment With Greatness. Nothing here grants you a licence to copy either.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
